RT8268

RT8268為允許高電壓輸入的降壓型 DC/DC 轉換器，可輸入電壓範圍4.75V至24V，輸出電流可至2A，其電流模式的操作提供快速的暫態回應與簡易的迴路穩定架構。RT8268具有可設計的緩啟動功能以因應用戶的不同需求，此外並提供了逐週期形式的限流機制與熱關斷保護功能。操作于關機模式時，只有22μA的低電流消耗。RT8268採用SOP-8與MSOP-10 (裸露焊盤)的封裝規格。
